design.
All tooling designs are created using AutoCAD software with supplemental 3-D
software packages.  Cad geometry is then used for programming CNC machinery to
ensure accurate machining and lead-time reduction.
An Advanced Quality Planning
(AQP) meeting is held with a
multi-disciplinary team to review all
supplied piece parts, cad data,
industry standards, and customer
requirements.  Following that
meeting, a manufacturing process is
created.
